I have been reading each digital issue as they are released each week. Chris Samnee, was one of my favourite installments from the collection that has been thrown together for print! I have really been enjoying Samnee's art on Daredevil and once he was announced to be on one of the issues of Adventures of Superman I could not wait to see his version of Mr C Kent and his alter ego Superman.
The perspective of this cover helps to create the perfect cover and perfect pose for Superman, and with everything going on in the New 52 it is great to see those red pants back! Superman is flying to the sky in this cover and this once again proves why Samnee is one of the artists on the Eisner Award Nominee list for best artist, for his work on Daredevil and Rocketeer: Cargo of Doom. From this cover and art on this his Superman installment with Jeff Parker I would really love to see more Superman from Samnee!
