I have been picking up covers by Declan Shalvey regularly, his cover this week for Winter Soldier was another great cover. But another feature of this cover that makes it great is the colours. This cover is drawn by Shalvey and coloured by Bellaire, and it is quite safe to say that when anything is coloured by her you know its going to look great.
